Properties:
VBL as an anionic type Brightener can be soluble in soft water and resistance to acid at pH 6-11. It can’t be resistant to Cu2+and Fe2+ , it is stable to rongalite but can’t be baked under high temperature. it can be used along with anionic surfactant or nonionic surfactant in one bath, and it can’t be used with cationic dyestuff and surfactant.
Applications:
it is widely used in paper making and pulp or coating industries. Is suitable for polyvinyl alcoholic fiber and polyamide fiber. It can also be used in cotton and gluing products, has good affinity with cellulose fiber.
Method of usage:
The recommended loading concentration when used in dyeing is 0.08-0.3%, bath ratio:1:40 under 60
