4BK is a stilbene triazin disulfonic sodium class optical brightener suitable polyester, polyest-cotton blends especially for

high temperature impregnation process.

Details:

Appearance: yellow-green powder.

Ionicity: anionic

Fluorescent intensity:100±1（equivalent to standard sample）

Properties：

4BK has goo resistance to acid and alkali, resistance to hydrogen peroxide. Anionic type Brightener, it can be used along with anionic surfactant or nonionic surfactant in one bath.

Application: 4BK is widely used in polyester, polyest-cotton blends especially for high temperature impregnation process.

Method of usage:

Exhausting Whitening Process: 4BK: 0.05-0.3% (o.w.f),     Bath Ratio: 1:5-30,

Dyeing Temperature: 40°C-100°C;

Padding Process: 4BK: 0.5-3g/l,  Residue Liquor Ratio: 100%,

Please Noted: above recommended loading can be a reference. Exact loading must be

determined by compositions of the specific requirement.

Packing: 50kg fiber drum or as customers’ requirement.
